Jade Butler      

Jade Butler is an Irish artist whose painting practice examines how individuals navigate identity within contemporary social and cultural contexts, engaging with questions of representation, belonging and lived experience. 

Jade is a regular exhibitor at annual exhibitions of the Royal Hibernian Academy, Royal Ulster Academy, Royal Scottish Academy, Society of Women Artists, and more. She has exhibited widely in Ireland and the UK. Her work is included in the collection of The Office of Public Works. 

 Jade serves as a member of the Artist Panel at the Butler Gallery. In 2025 Jade was awarded a place by the RHA School as an alumna on the ART MFA Residency program at University of Notre Dame, Kylemore. Jade is a recipient of the ArtLinks Bursary Award 2026 and Creative Ireland, Creative Communities Award 2026.
